How Am I Feeling
Generally speaking, I am still feeling good. Not much is going on really. There are daily challenges in life, but nothing unusual or stressing.
My personal disciplines are going strong and I am seeing benefit from them on different levels, but it is to early to see any major changes. I am trying to push myself a little bit more everyday, so as things stand I am on target with my goals.
